Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Center Hill Lake

Great place! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone! I had no issues, Brad was very responsive. Loved my stay!

I was wanting something more unusual and Joy's place fit the bill. The front door looked out over the fields and had a picnic table to sit outside while enjoying the peaceful, relaxing surroundings. There was also a bench under a tree, and she told us we were welcome to use the gazebo and the swing. The back door went out into the barn (which was clean). The apartment was clean and comfortable. Joy asked the time we might arrive, and gave us a call to make sure we were in okay and that everything was satisfactory. Joy's place is also nicely located with short drives to several state parks with trails and waterfalls. If I am back in the area, I hope the bed and barn will be available!

Jon's place was great. It was a last min booking and Jon was willing to still work with us. We are moving to the area so we were here looking for jobs and rentals. It was in a great location for our needs. I would recommend Jon's place to any of our friends and family that comes to visit. Jon's place was very clean and welcoming.

The place was better than the pictures depiction. Two teens & myself felt right at home. The host went above and beyond! Everything was squeaky clean, comfortable beds/pillows, lots of extras touches. We really appreciated the abundance of high quality towels & washcloths! None of that cheap John-Wayne toilet paper either. This place is handle down my favorite BnB stay to date. Only a slightly negative warning, the steep entrances to both the front and back doors could pose a challenge for some.. Not that it was a prob for us. However, it’s something to consider for those with bad joints/limitations or physical disabilities. 10/10 for us though!

The apartment was beautifully renovated. It had clean lines with high, industrial ceilings, which was intentional in design and felt so spacious. If anything, was even nicer than pictured. Perfect location for shopping and walking the historic part of town.

We LOVED Crystal & Resa’s space!! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We stayed here for our wedding and my bridal party got glammed up at the extra large table and everyone still had plenty of space to relax and get ready all around. They were so quick to reply with any questions once we arrived and the folks at their shop were also super kind and helpful when we had a couple last minute things delivered there! Highly recommend!

The Fiddle is beautiful and very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed at Valerie’s place and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be staying again!

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

We had a wonderful time! The home and surroundings are beautiful, it was perfect for our weekend getaway and we won’t hesitate to return!

A very comfortable place to stay. The wildlife was right at our door and windows. very quiet and comfortable.

OOOOO, AND AHHHH! Comfortable luxury inside and out! Thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated inside and out, Whitetail Ridge is a couple's paradise on a private hill. Hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and safe. Everything was as described and pictured, and more. Favorites? The spectacular bathroom. Made me feel like a princess! Both covered decks. It rained a lot during our stay, and we could still be outside by the fire table watching the hummingbirds go nuts. Sitting around the fireplace after relaxing in the hot tub. Location is great too. Close to town for groceries, and close to state parks for hiking to waterfalls, which is why I chose this area. Not just a place to stay, it was an experience. We had a wonderful stay at this home in Sparta. It was very close to everything in town, but at the same time quiet and private at the home. Beautiful back yard with and incredible view of the calf killer river. House was very clean and cozy. Lots of games and ping pong table. Didn’t have time for fishing this trip, but looked like a great spot. Jessica was very kind and made our stay hassle free, would definitely stay here again, 5 stars!

Beautiful, secluded location! We’d definitely recommend driving an SUV or truck to navigate the steep hills, sharp turns, and dirt road during the last 1.5 miles. The house was very nice and well-appointed. It was super relaxing—we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch, hot tub, and fire pit!

We were in town for my son’s wedding and needed to check in early and Hunter was very accommodating to us! The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful sitting on the Caney Fork River! Thank you for sharing your house with us ❤️

We stayed at Michelle and Rocky’s place as a group of 9 adults. I mentioned we would be there for a birthday party and Michelle graciously offered to decorate for the occasion. They were very communicative and kind. The house is the most stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They had every kitchen appliance and basic supplies necessary for a big group. We made fresh ice cream in their ice cream maker, kayaked and paddle boarded daily, used the sauna and hot tub as well. The big dining room table was great for gathering around at meal times.

Very nice place to stay and lots of room! Very responsive when we had a small issue and was fixed within a hour!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Convenient location, great price, and comfortable stay. I travel to Cookeville for work quite frequently and will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend.

A little expensive for what it is but it’s a good place to stay in a nice area.

Place was great, the lake is very beautiful, lots of parking, and Mitchell was a fantastic host. Mitchell was very responsive and friendly.

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.
