Davide is a courteous and nice host who even picked me up from the train and drove me back to the train station. The apartment is nice and quiet, a little far from the center, but you know that when you book here. The WiFi is very bad, you can't really use it.

Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, towel changes, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really great attention. It has mosquito nets. The laundry area/washing machine I found everything I needed for cleaning, new broom, new sponges, detergent for washing machine, softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Not intrusive and really very professional. Positive note also to the Lido delle Sirene!

We were personally welcomed by our host, Alberto, in a cozy house located in an ideal location, a few steps from the hinterland and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the sea. The house is well stocked with everything you need, including shower accessories such as towels and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator. The most pleasant part of the house is undoubtedly the terrace, where you can dine outdoors while enjoying an admirable view. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for comfortable and quiet accommodation near the sea, I think I will return in the future!

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

We had a great week at Marco Valerio's place. We didn't meet him but communication was very easy. Gaetano, her father, and Carla were very welcoming and attentive to make our stay very pleasant. We are very happy to have met them and the exchanges we had with them. Well located accommodation in the village of Mondolfo, spacious, well arranged with a terrace with views of the countryside and sea.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

A beautiful place, immersed in the hilly countryside of Casentino. A renovated building with great care and taste in which you can breathe the history of the owner and his art. Prawns, trees, shrubs, water mirrors, and a beautiful garden are the setting for all this. In addition, you have the impression that you are guests of a friend and not customers of an accommodation facility. On my behalf, I'll definitely be back.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

The accommodation and Claudia were great. The village is quiet and familiar, a great little shop with very good local items. The landscape is magnificent and you can take beautiful walks. Claudia is very friendly, warm and helpful. We'll definitely come back for a little longer.

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Margherita’s apartment is stunning, the location is great 10 minutes away from the train station and the town centre. You can find fantastic restaurants near to the apartment and the world famous mosaics are few minutes away from the house also. The bus stop is 15 minutes away so it’s easy to visit Ravenna’s beautiful beach as well. I will be back soon for sure.

Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!
