The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. Very nice apartment as seen in the photos and offers a great view of the city. The host was always very kind and helpful for clarifications, doubts and help in general. The area, although close to the station, is very quiet and there are many free parking spaces nearby. As an apartment, I recommend it.

Careful and tidy structure, new bicycles are available, reception open every morning with Davide very courteous and attentive to the customer. Beach is about 500m dog friendly. In front is a small comm.le center with a supermarket and a trattoria. At 20m there is ample free parking and a play area with a very nice tree-lined park. We took a penthouse for 4 days, in two people with a small dog it's perfect. Recommended!

We had a great week at Marco Valerio's place. We didn't meet him but communication was very easy. Gaetano, her father, and Carla were very welcoming and attentive to make our stay very pleasant. We are very happy to have met them and the exchanges we had with them. Well located accommodation in the village of Mondolfo, spacious, well arranged with a terrace with views of the countryside and sea.

My stay was amazing! Everything was easy to walk to, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I had everything I needed and Morena is a lovely host!

Having a kitchen is something to consider as off-season you may not find so many opened restaurants nearby. Filippo is a great host.

Franca was a very friendly and helpful host! Her apartment is exactly as in the photos, very well organized, cozy and clean. The condominium's surroundings are very pleasant and quiet, and there are parking spaces nearby. The bus stop is very close and in 20 minutes you can reach the city center.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful countryside and views. Property was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. The terrace was great to relax. Nice features like a Firestick, hairdryer, moka pot, were most welcome. Would stay again.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. The house is spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. The accommodation and Claudia were great. The village is quiet and familiar, a great little shop with very good local items. The landscape is magnificent and you can take beautiful walks. Claudia is very friendly, warm and helpful. We'll definitely come back for a little longer.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return.
