Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Channel Islands of California

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay at Jack’s aparment. The apartment was spacious, modern with all possible things you may need. Jack was very nice and helpful. Thank you, we will book our next USA vacation at Jack’s place for sure! :)

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Bright, clean, spacious modern apartment in great Hollywood location. Comfortable bed. Nice floor plan with cycle. Lots of wire frame storage in closet works well for traveling because you can quickly organize your clothes and easily locate them when packing. Garage spot a big plus in this neighborhood. Host Andy was very responsive, provided check-in flexibility, and quickly sent some household items that were needed.

This is our second time staying here… everything went perfectly and so seamless. The secured parking, washer and dryer and hospitality made this experience a 10/10. Located in NoHo with endless amounts of things to do in walking distance. Highly recommend🤙🏾

The apartment was fantastic — beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable to stay in. The large balcony was a great bonus, and the building amenities like the gym and pool were excellent. The only small issue was with the parking garage — the main gate seems to close after a certain hour at night, and we had to use a different entrance. But overall, a great experience!

Super clean, cozy and well decorated place right in the heart of Atwater! Daisy was communicative and all around helpful in every way during my stay. Great location, great host, just what I needed! I’ll be back for sure!!

This house was so cute and perfect for my trip! It was clean, cozy, and had such a charming vibe. The best part was the location; super walkable and close to a bunch of cute places like coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. It made exploring the area really fun and easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish place in a great spot!

It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

Carrie’s property in Azusa was perfect! We had our 1st bnb cancel on us, and Carrie was able to host us at short notice! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well stocked. The game room/garage was as described. Would stay again

Lawrence's place was incredible. We stayed for our 20-year wedding anniversary after months of considering options in different states and different landscapes. We ultimately chose this "Stairway to Haven" based on a promising level of beauty, privacy, comfort, and proximity to landmark Los Angeles sites. Lawrence and Ren communicated consistently but not excessively. They answered our every question clearly. The instructions and signage seemed to anticipate our needs and questions. My wife and I had a perfect getaway and lovely celebration, all thanks to a sparkling place ideally situated with owners who went out of their way to make our time special. They knew the importance of the occasion to us, and they absolutely delivered. Shout-out to the gorgeous views of Laurel Canyon, the unparalleled privacy of the space (that was important to us!), and the various bonuses that Lawrence & Ren extended. It was well worth all the stairs!

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. We loved our stay at Sonny and Teengting's home! We really appreciated the good communication and instructions ahead of time, and their willingness to accommodate us when we had to change our dates last minute and requested to check-in a little early. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room in the garage is a fun added bonus our kids loved. There are also plenty of extras in the home including toys and games (we loved playing ping pong!) The kitchen is well stocked with all the items we needed for making meals. The location is in a quaint neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants with easy access to I-5 and a quick trip to Disneyland (about 10-15 minutes) and the beach (about 20-25 minutes). Only downside were the neighbors could be a little loud, but it wasn't too disturbing and not the fault of the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Sonny and Teengting's and would recommend it!

We had a great stay! The place is conveniently located right along the freeway, which made it easy to access. It was neat and clean when we arrived, and we loved how organized everything was in the kitchen. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch—very modern and useful! The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom, which we hope they’ll install soon. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
