Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cincinnati

We asked Mike if he could help us get checked in at an earlier time due to our 3am to 1:30pm schedule.. He responded immediately and made it happen for us. He insisted that if there was anything that could he could do to Kate our stay more comfortable or easier to let him know. Very professional immediately responses. That really went a long way with me. I respect that! The house was perfect for us. Private clean and quiet! They have very good taste and you can see that they care about the people staying in their home. Lots to do and very comfortable. We hope it’s available in the coming weeks! This will be our spot in Cincinnati!

From the moment I walked into that cute yellow house, I felt at home. I was there for 2 1/2 weeks awaiting the birth of my grandchild. I did a great amount of cooking to load my daughter's freezer for after the birth, and Alyson's kitchen was lovely and well stocked with many of the pots and pans that were needed. She even offered to bring more if there was something else I needed. I slept so well there! The bed is super comfy and the sheets are now on my list of necessary purchases...I made a point of looking at the tag to see what brand they were because they felt so great! A special added bonus for me was the ringing of the church bells from a nearby Catholic Church. They rang several times a day and could be heard from the kitchen and truly enjoyed from the lovely back patio. My daughter and grand daughter came to see the place, and we happened to be on the patio when they chimed at 5:00 pm - glorious! Alyson's place will not disappoint. Thank you, Alyson, for sharing!!!

We had a good stay here, the place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. Everything we needed was provided and the host was easy to communicate with. It was a pleasant and convenient spot for our trip. We would be happy to stay again!

Fantastic space. Loved the area. The design inside felt like we were visiting a friend. Owners did a great job designing the vibe inside. The back yard was this hidden oasis with room for our pup to get out zoomies. Wish we had more time so we could have used the hot tub and fire pit. We'll have to schedule a return trip!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this home. There are many small touches that made our stay pleasant: a well-stocked pantry, plentiful towels, lovely coffee options, a large garage that meant we could come/go without getting soaked by the rain. The house was very clean, and is located on a quiet street in an older neighborhood that felt safe. Bowen and Mina were attentive hosts…we’d choose this home again!

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.

We loved our stay! It was my wedding weekend, and my bridesmaids and I stayed here together. It was super cute, close to the venue, and Joseph was very accommodating. Great place!

Great place in an awesome location!

One of the most comfortable Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. As soon as I got inside I felt at home. The bed is extremely comfortable! It was also nice that there is a kitchen, tvs, a small living room, and washer and dryer. The host was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I need to come back to Cincinnati. The spot is in a private nook. I highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little apartment set in the downtown area. It was a beautiful historic building renovated into apartment homes and perfect for our quick trip to the city. It was beautifully placed within walking distance of parks, eateries, and venues. The apartment was incredibly clean and offered everything one may need on a weekend trip, right down to multiple black wash cloths for makeup removal, coffee bar with variety of syrups, and even hot tea bags and area maps. The bedroom had a street view of the park but wasn't noisy, nor did being at ground level keep us awake at night. Ear plugs were made available for guests in the event any sort of festivities around seasonal festivals ran late into the evening though. Just another example of their attention to detail. Parking was a private lot in the rear of the building, so no worries about street parking. We will definitely stay here again for our future trips to Cincinnati!

We enjoyed our stay here. Cole was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly. The place was very comfortable, including the bed and AC units. Everyone in the neighborhood uses street parking, but we never had issues finding a spot. We would stay here again if in the area.

Super cute space, loved how close to everything it was, but still very quiet and comfortable inside!

The studio was adorable and everything we expected based on the pictures and details provided. The shower is very powerful. The bed is comfortable. It was a super hot, muggy day and the A/C had no problem keeping up. The balcony was nice and convenient for us smokers. Josh was very communicative, friendly and responsive. Stayed here for our 28th anniversary trip. Was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great trip to Covington. House was as described. Parking was easy, as was the communication. Would stay again.

The environment was welcoming. Nice parks nearby, and cool little stores. Cera was amazing and my kiddos loved playing with her kiddos, a lot of fun stuff for them to do in the backyard. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this space. Perfection!! I can’t wait to come back!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

Beautiful two bedroom with plenty of space and a great location. The valet parking included at the nearby garage was a fantastic addition to the overall experience. Mike was proactive and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

Christina's place was hands down the best Air B&B experience we have had! The directions for parking were clear and we greatly appreciated the free parking pass for the garage near the property. The condo felt safe, conveniently located and was extremely clean. This was an excellent location for walkable attractions and we were able to utilize the Connecter to travel around downtown for free. We did not need to move our vehicle at all while staying here! We were able to walk out the front door and enjoy all the Findlay Market has to offer in just a few steps. We would highly recommend Christine's place to anyone staying in the Cincinnati area!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

Helpful and responsive host. Charming apartment and dynamic location. 30+ stairs to climb in order to access, though, so pack light and consider your own physical limitations.
