Welcome to Hummingbird House, where you can rest and relax in your own container home in the country. We have designed two containers with your comfort in mind. Whether you want to relax inside the bedroom and listen to our record collection or chill out in the large outdoor tub surrounded by our lush landscaping we will make sure you have everything you need. If you want to wander to Round Top, Lockhart (Best BBQ in TX) Smithville (aka Hope Floats movie) COTA Race track, or a trip into Austin.

White Horse Ranch

White Horse Ranch offers a special space to view both wildlife and farm animals. Take a walk and discover white horses grazing or visit a local small town restaurant or boutique. Located between two small country towns so there is a lot to choose from.( At least for small towns!) This newly built tiny house is just an hour outside of Austin & is perfect for a couple or single adult to clear their heads after a busy week in town. Gaze at the stars over Texas, you can actually see them out here!

Take it easy at Wildacres Cabin-a unique and tranquil getaway. Leave the city and traffic and view a night sky full of stars. Hike and explore all 62 acres. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.

Bishop Carriage House

Your own cozy UPSTAIRS hide away in historic downtown Smithville, Texas. Private parking and balcony that is on local parade route, where you can enjoy the cool evenings. Complete kitchen with, full size frig and stove and all you will need to cook a meal. Great restaurants and shops you can walk to. Queen size bed and a sofa pull-out. WiFi and work space. We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

300Ac Baugh Farm btwn Austin & Round Top

Our family is moving into our 3rd generation of enjoying this 300-plus acre farm. It offers lots of space and a century old farmhouse for peaceful country nights. Bring your walking shoes to explore as numerous trails are available. We also have three well-stocked tanks for fishing. Separate from the house rental, we also have Syler Hall, a barn that's perfect for events, such as weddings and family celebrations. Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

✦ A modern, but cozy, 600-sq.-ft. Barndominium with full kitchen and bath, one king bed, living room, closet, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+,Roku, and fast WiFi. We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.
