The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Great stay. Conveniently located above a nice selection of restaurants. The folks in the restaurants were very friendly and served very good food and wine. Easy, short walk to train station, port terminals, and beach.

The place was clean & had all amenities as listed. It was helpful to have a washing machine. The air conditioning unit worked great. The place was listed as self check-in, which was important given how often travel arrangements/flights are delayed and we were only to be there overnight before a cruise. It was not self check-in, which we felt badly about because our travel was delayed 2+ hours and we didn’t get in until about 10:30pm. Most Airbnb places in Europe seem to need passport info, so travelers should be prepared to provide that to the hosts as it may/not be in the listing description. Unfortunately my message didn’t send immediately with the image of the documentation so host returned about 30 min after to obtain the documents herself, which we understood the need, but felt slightly intrusive as 1 of us was in the shower and 1 had fallen asleep after delayed/long travel day. We would stay again if traveling here and try to make better arrangements to not check-in so late.

This was a great place to stay: roomy, quiet, spotlessly clean with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay and very centrally located. Also Cristian himself was extremely helpful, very courteous and quick to respond to any queries. As a single traveller and visiting Rome and Civitavecchia for the first time I really appreciated the help he gave me and wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

The apartment is lovely, bigger than we thought from the photos. It overlooks a big courtyard/garden and is amazingly quiet considering the location -- so close to the Trevi Fountain and all the surrounding tourist activity (we were there in June.) It was a real oasis when we returned from all the activities of our stay. We really enjoyed it!

Very cute studio with a wonderful view of the Colosseum!! Laura was very responsive and even left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy!!

Stayed here for the month of May. Great location - very close to metro and bus. But only about a 25 minute walk to tourist areas. Alessandra is a very responsive host- she allowed me to check in a few hours earlier which was great. The apartment was very clean and was just as it appears in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Paola is an excellent host (5 star ⭐ plus). The apartment is the best Air B&B, I have ever stayed at. It’s immaculately clean, has all the amenities required, great transport links including shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone going to visit Rome. It’s also conveniently located to the Vatican City and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

We had a wonderful stay at Aldo’s place! The house is beautiful—especially in the evening when the terrace lights up, creating the perfect spot to relax. Aldo was the best host I’ve ever had. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He shared great local tips and immediately came by to check on the air conditioning when we mentioned it wasn’t cooling fast—such thoughtful and prompt attention! To top it off, Aldo generously offered to drop us at the train station when we were leaving. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

Flavio was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns that I had. The property is beautiful and the apartment was incredible! Would recommend to anyone!!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
