Great experience Smooth communication with hosts who are very considerate while remaining discreet. Quiet and green environment with house, jacuzzi and very well maintained garden. I recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We were so lucky to meet such a wonderful host even though we booked this place last minute. Marianne is super kind and warm, and we’ll always remember her bright smile and her sweet, gentle dog Shelby. Our daughter keeps talking about the fun she had playing fetch with Shelby even after we got back home. The place is also great for visiting Disneyland, and our little one really enjoyed playing in the private garden right in front of the house. Don’t hesitate to book — you’ll have a lovely stay!

We had a great time! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfectly suited for a family stay. My son and my cousin with her daughter felt at home. This is one of the best appartement I’ve stayed in France and I have stayed at a lot. This was my second time staying at Yves et Annick’s place.. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The host are kind and good people. I recommend.

We booked the accommodation and booked Disneyland, which was easy to reach on foot. The apartment is very neat and clean. During our stay, there was construction work in the neighborhood, so it was a bit noisy in the morning, but with the windows closed, it was barely audible. Jeremy is a very nice and helpful host:)

Everything was perfect. Very close to Disneyland, 10 minutes by Uber. We will be back with pleasure.

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had great experience! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. The location was ideal - close to public transports and surrounded by many great restaurants and charming bakeries for fresh pastries every morning. Alex was responsive and welcoming. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Daniel is a very friendly host; everything was perfectly arranged. The apartment is wonderfully quiet in the middle of a residential block, so no trouble with cars. With the RER quickly to Disney and Paris; we enjoyed.
