Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Claye-Souilly

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Paris. Die Lage ist ideal um etwas außerhalb des Zentrums zu nächtigen. Das Zentrum ist mit Bahn und Metro in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe befindet sich alles was man benötigt! Parken, Einkaufen oder Essen schöne Vorstadtgegend. Das Appartement selbst ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ideal! Toll geschnitten, gut gepflegt und sauber. Für uns war es perfekt! Raphael hat uns freundlich und prompt empfangen, präzise Anweisungen gegeben, so wünschen wir das! Vielen Dank an Raphael!

Kompakte, liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in idealer Lage Die Unterkunft war zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und konnten dort problemlos und komfortabel übernachten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: In nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man sechs Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen Aldi – alles innerhalb von drei Minuten. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Parkplatzsituation. Direkt am Gebäudekomplex gibt es nur Kurzzeitparkplätze (max. 2 Stunden). Etwa 200 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Parkhaus, das mit 7,60 € pro 24 Stunden eine gute Alternative bietet. Wir haben die Unterkunft vor allem wegen der Nähe zum Disneyland gebucht – und das war absolut die richtige Entscheidung: Die S-Bahn-Station ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, und von dort fährt man in nur 2 Minuten direkt zum Park. Das spart nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Geld, denn das Parken am Disneyland kostet stolze 30 € pro Tag.

This is one of the best appartement I’ve stayed in France and I have stayed at a lot. This was my second time staying at Yves et Annick’s place.. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The host are kind and good people. I recommend.

Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement 💯 ! L’emplacement est idéal : très proche de l’aéroport et des transports en commun, ce qui est super pratique quand on arrive de loin et qu’on veut éviter les bouchons. Il y a aussi plein de commerces autour, parfait quand on ne connaît pas encore la ville ! Le logement est confortable, très paisible, et totalement conforme à la description. Franchement, un grand merci à l’hôte pour son accueil ! 😁

Heerlijk verblijf niet ver van Disney, was aan te lopen, maar ook met de metro goed te doen. Tuin buiten was ook perfect, ook voor de kinderen. Veel restaurants, winkels in de nette omgeving. Zeer de moeite waard en aan te bevelen.

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Roland et Brigitte sont des hôtes en or. Très disponibles et très sympathiques. La maison est vraiment bien, très fonctionnelle et idéale avec un enfant de 16 mois. Très chouette extérieur, le jardin est magnifique. Et c’est très appréciable et sécurisant de pouvoir mettre sa voiture dans l’allée.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
