Longère adjoining on one side of 75m2, with terrace located in the town of Neulliac in a small peaceful hamlet. The town of Neulliac is located in the center of Brittany, a few minutes from Pontivy, the Nantes-Brest Canal and Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation includes a fitted and equipped kitchen on the ground floor, open to the living room and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and one shower room with WC.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
