Monthly Rentals in College Park

The host was very attentive and accommodating. I arrived earlier than expected and needed to check in early, and she was very helpful and understanding. The stay was comfortable, and the place was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. Communication was clear and prompt, which made everything stress-free. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely spot for a weekend stay. It is next to the metro so it can be loud and rumbly but it wasn’t an issue at all for us. The light in the bedroom flickers but it wasn’t only slightly inconvenient when getting dressed. Other than those two things it was a lovely spot and perfect for what we were looking for. Close to restaurants, quiet neighborhood minus the metro, easy to get around, easy parking, the place was nice and clean while being comfortable.

Latresa and will place is great. As it says in the listing it’s pretty private which worked out well for my work schedule. Everything was very enjoyable and I have no issues to speak of. I also enjoyed the neighborhood as I’d walk around every chance I could. I hope to be able to boom with them again in the future.

10/10 recommend great gut great place to stay anybody looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this place it’s a room but it’s like having your own place he is respectful and really a down to earth guy I’m coming back in a few weeks and would definitely be booking again matter fact I’m booking every time I come to Atlanta pleasure to stay here
