The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Cozy Cabin is a very comfortable and secluded space with a beautiful view from the patio of a meadow frequented by deer and birds. It's a half mile walk to Main St. PETS: Up to two pets are welcome and there is a one time $50 pet cleaning fee assessed when you add a pet to your stay.
