Perfect little getaway!!! Loved it!

This is a very unique place that's a minute walk to a local brewery and only a 5 min drive to the convention center and Alamo dome. Everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Beautiful home, clean, convenient, location was close to everything we were visiting. Host was friendly and responsive. Loved that they provided an air fryer, that is my go to for cooking! Definitely a plus for us.

I enjoyed my stay and a big plus is the view of Austin downtown view at night from the patio. Close to walking/ running trails Sean was a great host , and I would definitely stay here again.

This spot was perfect for a small group attending a wedding in Austin. Walkable to a bunch of fun stuff.

This place is awesome! Right in the heart of the city on Main St so everything is in walking distance. The host explained everything and the place was very nice. This will be our spot everyone we come back to visit.

We loved this rental! The location was fantastic- close enough to walk to so many popular tourist spots. We also loved having the bookstore right downstairs. The loft was clean and had a great vibe. Would definitely rent again!

The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and located in an area close to the River walk where we could explore the history of San Antonio. It was so well thought out. There were more amenities than we could need and I was grateful to have more than enough than not enough. Shelley was extremely kind going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. She was extremely responsive and adjusted to our plans without any inhibitions. Check out was extremely easy. After experiencing so many places where I’ve wondered why we are subject to paying a cleaning fee bc they require us to do so much of the cleaning ourselves, this relieved so much stress. We highly recommend and looking forward to another stay soon.

Truly enjoyed my short stay. My daughter attended a Softball prospect camp and this was the perfect stay! I will definitely be booking again.

A gem ripe for the picking! Our stay at The Loft was a delight. This country retreat on a beautiful berry and peach farm felt special and off the beaten path, yet was still very close to Fredericksburg and local wineries. We loved that the family has run the orchard for generations! Our visit even unexpectedly coincided with their Berry Bash festival with activities, berry picking, and live music! The loft felt clean, new, and private with gorgeous decor and thoughtful touches for everything you might need. We never felt bothered by any activity at the orchard as the businesses seemed to close fairly early. We'll definitely be back for fresh cobbler… knowing this was just downstairs was the most difficult part of our stay!

My family had such a wonderful stay here at the treehouse! Teo was very helpful during the booking process and responding to our questions, and his dad Alfonso was the greatest host ... he helped us park our big van/trailer on the property and was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The property is lovely and very comfortable, and well equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was perfect for four of us, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the grounds. A good location for going into Austin too, but mostly we just preferred to stay at the house! Highly recommended and such wonderful hosts! We would love to come back! :)

This was a great place to stay for a few months. The place was stocked with cleaning supplies that we needed which was nice. However at night in between buildings the garbage gets picked up multiple times a night throughout the week so it is quite loud and kind of bright as well, but that is also living in cities. The park across the street is nice during Saturday’s during the farmers markets though i would not walk through it at night or later in the afternoon other days. Overall a great place to stay in Austin and very accessible to the rest of the city, restaurants, campus, social scene & work out classes.

Eduardo’s place was perfect for me and my family, easy to access, quiet, clean and very private location. I would definitely come back again

Second time staying at this location, great spot, quiet, private and in great shape, got hot water, stove, microwave, wifi and 2 air conditioners, good price too, and the owners are fast to reply to you
