Holiday rentals with a patio in Conway

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

The condition of this place was truly exceptional—easily one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Just five minutes away, there’s a charming little town filled with unique knickknack shops and a lively playground that’s perfect for families with kids. A nearby train station adds to the convenience. Venture a bit further and you’ll find a fun outlet mall, and I’ve heard the skiing and snowboarding during the winter months are absolutely phenomenal. This Airbnb is a must-stay—immaculately clean, thoughtfully equipped, and stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the upstairs neighbors, who could be a bit noisy. However, after the first night, it becomes easy to tune out. Overall, this is a hidden gem you won’t want to miss. My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Brian was very friendly and approachable, as was Heather. Lots of wood for the fire pit, which we used many times (weather permitting ). We did a lot of cooking our own meals, so only thing I would suggests is bring another small fry pan or two. We plan to book again.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!

Yanire is an amazing host! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the responses were to any question I had. The place is beautiful and spotless. Yanire was nice enough to offer some local restaurants and attractions which were perfect! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The stay was great and everyone enjoyed themselves! There was enough room for everyone, it never felt crowded! The place looked just like the photos. Ashley's communication was great from start to finish, answered questions promptly, recommended great places to try, very nice and welcoming. Would stay again!

This was one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed in! It was much bigger than we expected too. Lots of room for the kids to play, the basement was awesome. The house is in the middle of the woods which was fun too. We had a great stay and will be back for sure. Very friendly and accommodating hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s place. It was clean, great location, and was equipped with anything we could possibly need for our stay. When we needed assistance with the AC, Tyler took care of it right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better home and host. We hope to be back again! 😊

We stayed here as a middle ground between our planned Conway and Portland day trips. The stay is convenient to everything close by. We were able to have plenty of space to spread out and spend time with each other and alone. The hammock room is what absolute dreams are made of. I can’t wait to come back.

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

We had a great stay here for a quiet weekend away. It was perfect for what we needed and was within walking distance to some delicious places to eat & shop! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.

It was an extremely excellent stay, my fiancé and I absolutely adored Susan’s place! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back again with future plans, we felt our stay was way too short we want to try to come again longer there’s so much to do locally around the area! And it’s such a peaceful place to stay the bed was extremely comfortable 😇
