Tiny Home on Center Hill Lake

Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

River Loft Cabin w Free Kayaks

* Waterfront cabin overlooking the lake. * Free kayaks: Kayak # 1: double sit-on-top ocean kayak. Kayak #2: single Pescador kayak. * Launch the Kayaks from the bottom of our ridge. * For boats: the boat ramp is 1/4 mile on Riverton Rd. * Wood burning outdoor fireplace on the open deck. Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Use WiFi calling.

Cabin on the Hill wheelchair Accessible, king bed

$95 a night for the first 2 guests. Additional $20 a night per guest. Because of health issues,No animals, No smoking. The main cabin includes two-bedrooms sleeps 6 one bath, full kitchen, living room, dining room. Handicap accessible with wide doors and large shower. This cabin is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The studio apartment next door is separate from the cabin.

The Owl's Nest on Center Hill Lake

The Owl's Nest will be your next home away from home! Tucked away at the end of a dead-end gravel road, you'll find our perfectly secluded A-frame with all the amenities you'll need for a little R&R. Enjoy an evening with friends/family by the fire pit, or a daytime adventure down to the lake by way of walking trail and take the kayaks out on the water. We hope you'll enjoy our home, and the sounds of nature (and an occasional hoot from the resident owls) that come with it, as much as we do.

With 47 acres to enjoy including hiking trails, scenic grounds to snap a picture, your own hot tub and fire pit. We are also just a short drive to some great attractions such as: Cummins Falls State Park, Standing Stone State Park, and numerous marinas surrounding the beautiful No. 1 Houseboat Lake on the Continent, Dale Hollow.
