Le logement comprend : - au rez de chaussée : une pièce à vivre de 30 m2 avec un canapé convertible, une cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau ; - à l'étage : 2 chambres avec lits doubles 140 et 160, un espace bibliothèque avec bureau. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée. Nous fournissons les serviettes et les torchons.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 10 minutes' walk to the port and city center and 15 minutes' walk to Trestrignel beach, one of the most beautiful in Perros. Entrance shared through the garden with the owners, who live in the house next to the studio, with their children. The studio includes: an equipped kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, terrace with pleasant view. A peaceful space in the garden is reserved for you.

We offer a stay in the "Quincaille" in a quiet area near the river. This comfortable studio is composed of a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. An outdoor terrace with garden furniture will allow you to relax while listening to birdsong. Baby equipment is available upon request. Hiking trails are nearby, as well as the "Tro Breiz" passage. Many sites to discover: the Pink Granite Coast, the island of Bréhat... Beaches 20 minutes away.

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we made this bed and breakfast in an old outbuilding in 2020 independent from the main house. Garden available, pool, adirondack for relaxing. Pets not allowed For cyclists we are 4 km from the greenway and the GR34, a secure room is available for bikes. Possibility of free repairs as much as possible. Linen provided. Breakfast optional at the price of €6.50
