The studio is in our house, so the daily noise should not bother you, but we are discreet. The entrance is independent.

Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.

Come and enjoy a pleasant stay by the water, a stone's throw from Beauport Abbey and the GR 34. This single-story house consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, independent bedroom with double bed (160*200) and bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, enjoy the unoverlooked terrace, enclosed with garden furniture and deckchairs. Sheets are provided, on request it is possible to provide towels for an extra €8 per person.
