Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The vacation home is located in Falkenrehde in the Havelland. Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The bungalow is situated on private ground with marina. There are terraces to linger on the water. Via the jetty you can access a swimming platform for swimming and lingering. It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living space is heated very well. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance, you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No partying or partying!

The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.

Only 7 minutes away are the Olympic Stadium and the exhibition centre, and only 10 minutes away is the Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's famous shopping mile, as well as the Kantstraße with some of the best restaurants in the city.
