The house has 3 rooms with space for 8 guests (6 adults + 2 children), 2 nice bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Outdoors there is a spa for 6 people and an outdoor shower. Around the whole house there is a lovely terrace, with garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue. The nature in Skagen is quite unique. The house overlooks pristine dunes and Nordstrand can be enjoyed after a 300-meter walk over the dunes.

The house's large glass panels create a picturesque scenery, where the clouds drift across the sky and draw the sunset into the house. The holiday home is secluded, but at the same time only 2 km from Nørlev beach, 3 km from Skallerup Seaside Resort and 6 km from Lønstrup. Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
