Welcome to the SHAW house! Our renovated 100 yr. old house in Detroit has 3 Full Queen BR and 1.5 WC, (3) Smart TVs & 2 queen air mattresses. All rooms have air conditioning. Awesome for 5-10 friends on a peaceful night. Our new kitchen is perfect for cooking and our great yard w/ fire pit is perfect for relaxing outside. The Pingree of Piety Hill: Home # 1

Come stay at our preserved 1912 duplex, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a multi-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
