Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Refurbished home overlooking Port Riou beach. Beautiful sea view. Direct access to the beach by a few dozen steps. This 70m² accommodation is equipped with a large open plan living room (living/dining /kitchen) and three bedrooms. Comfortable accommodation.
