Fisherman's house (historic center of Dinard), 50 m from the sea, renovated in July 2017 by an architect. All shops in the immediate vicinity, located on a very quiet street. Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, the city center of Dinard is a 10-minute walk, Saint-Malo is 25 minutes away and Mont Saint Michel is 50 minutes away. The house consists of a modern living space on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to shops and the beach of St Enogat, this authentic 55 m² stone house has been carefully renovated. Located at the bottom of the plot, away from view and facing south, it consists of: An intimate terrace of 70 m², a living room, dining room with equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: (1 double bed + 1 single bed) and (1 double bed) Maximum capacity 5 people.

A 15-minute walk from Saint Enogat beach and the market, this charming 40 m2 fully renovated house offers you a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. Linens are not provided, but if you want to travel light, you can rent bed linens and towels at the rate of €21 per person (bed made on arrival). Guests can also enjoy a pleasant garden to relax or dine.

Small townhouse without exterior of about 50 square meters on 3 levels, located between the village of Saint-Lunaire and the city of Dinard. 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking trail... (the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.
