Fisherman's house (historic center of Dinard), 50 m from the sea, renovated in July 2017 by architect . All shops in the immediate vicinity, located on a very quiet street. Mini-golf and thalassotherapy center nearby, the city center of Dinard is a 10-minute walk, Saint-Malo is 25 minutes away and Mont Saint Michel is 50 minutes away. The house consists of a modern living area on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and a large bedroom on the 2nd floor.

Petite maison mitoyenne sans extérieur d environ 50m carres sur 3 niveaux ,située entre le bourg de saint lunaire et la ville de Dinard . A 100 mètres de plusieurs très belles plages et d un magnifique chemin de randonnée ..( le sentier des douaniers ) ! Place de parking privé . Nous avons 2 escaliers assez raides qui ne conviennent pas aux personnes avec des problèmes de mobilités et aux enfants en bas âge ( pas de barrière de sécurité ).Toilettes au premier étage.

(In July-August the house is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)
