This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

1er étage bel appartement ensoleillé, harmonieusement décoré, traversant, équipé de double fenêtres à double vitrages. Logement parfait pour couples, famille et animaux. Sauna INDIVIDUEL de 90x90 dans la salle de bains, douche 80x80. Equipé d'un harmonisateur (procédé Allemand ) pour l'eau d' excellente qualité, et l'électricité. BZ 140x190. Seul village côtier non traversé par une RN donc très calme. Grève et chars à voile à 50m. Draps fournis, serviettes et torchons sur demande.

Chaque logements peut être loués séparément ou ensemble. Un espace bien être, situé à part, est proposé en option et sur réservation : jacuzzi, sauna et hammam.

IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

Ideally located in Plélan le Petit, 10 minutes from Dinan, come and discover this charming little gîte, ideal for a pleasant romantic stay It has a living room with kitchenette, upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom with a large shower. 100 m from the cottage you will have access to the heated pool area all year round, with Jacuzzi and sauna (common area with our 2 other rentals), freely accessible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
