In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The villa is ideally located to explore East Frisia and the East Frisian Islands.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
