The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

This is my private apartment that I rent out when I'm away. My apartment is located in an old coal mining town and was completely renovated a few years ago according to modern standards. It is tastefully and quite modernly furnished and offers a lot of personal atmosphere that I like to share with others. Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
