Hi, I've been an AirBnb fan for some time and have only had good experiences. So, I also offer this apartment on AirBnb. If you want to go to the BVB game, we can get you tickets if necessary. The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Just a minute walk from Lake Phönix in a 100 year old house in a traditional working-class neighborhood is our apartment "Bergmann". It was recently freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard, which is only you use. So you can rest and sit in the yard after a long day of full of experiences. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers many restaurants and bars.
