Schauspielhaus (theatre) and Lange Reihe (shops and restaurants) are only a few meters away. Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo travelers, for couples only if they are comfortable with the 140x200cm sofabed size.

Das Apartment wurde 2017 neugebaut und befindet sich in Hamburg`s grüner Lunge den Vier- und Marschlanden. Das ca 30 qm große Apartment ist vollständig eingerichet und hat alles was man braucht, sowie einem eigenen Parkplatz auf unserem Hof und ein lauschige Gartenecke mit Möglichkeit zum Grillen und Verweilen steht zur Verfügung .

Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. In 200 m Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 min in die City (auch nachts). Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter entfernt. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!! Radfahrer willkommen.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our studio apartment is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. We also live in the detached house and have a toddler. It can therefore sometimes lead to shouting. The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
