Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
