Lovely cottage located in a quiet area, and overlooking meadow, with very rich wildlife. 80 m2 terrace, with several dining areas and sun loungers. The living room is bright and nice, with lots of windows. The house also has a new kitchen with almost all the equipment. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer and refrigerator. However, there is NO freezer. Living room with large dining table and 6 chairs. Trip Trap high chair 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, and a baby/weekend bed.

Our small cozy cottage, is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

You get this beautiful villa all to yourself! There are two floors with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Living room with TV and wood stove, large dining room and kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, and iron. Carport. Made beds with fresh linens and towels for everyone. There is a large garden for ball games, a trampoline, a fire pit and outdoor fun in a very quiet area.

Cozy apartment on the 1st floor of the house with access to the garden where there is a terrace with table and 4 chairs we have a high chair for small child and a camping bed . One double bed and 2 single mattress. The apartment is close to town with shops , green areas, nice cozy harbor with restaurants and shops. In addition, there are playgrounds at the harbor and the dinghy harbor. There is about 3 km to the super beach but also beach down by the harbor . Please bring your own beach towels. This small, delicious guest house of 35 m2 is located in Sæby's oldest street. There are a few meters to the stream and the most beautiful beach. Likewise, a few meters to the cozy harbor with lovely restaurants. Sæby's cozy center with several weekly music events in the summer is 500 m away. The house is best suited for 2 people. Bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels. You must clean YOURSELF on departure (cleaning items are available) - or pay DKK 500 for this.
