Kremser accommodation in a quiet location with garden

There is a nice place to stay in a quiet location about 2 km from Stein, Art Mile, Danube University and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can accommodate up to max. 5 guests. The location in the Alauntal, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with seclusion and the garden to relax and play. Unfortunately, you don't have a cell phone network in the house and bad cell phone in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful cycling routes (bike room available).

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

This nice apartment has a living space of 38 m² plus a 17 m² terrace. Fully furnished living / bedroom with high quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, TV 55 ", high speed wifi, etc. Spacious bathroom with washing machine, shower. Free parking in building, bicycle parking under cover.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

We had an all-around perfect stay in this charming apartment in the middle of the beautiful Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description – clean, fully equipped (including excellent kitchen). We were particularly loved: The wonderful location: Just a few steps from the Danube and surrounded by the typical picturesque vineyards - ideal for walks, bike rides and wonderful sunsets. The host communication: Very friendly, helpful and quick - whether it was tips on restaurants in Weißenkirchen or information on check-in - everything went smoothly. A perfect starting point to explore the Wachau, its wineries and historic places such as Dürnstein or Melk. We felt so comfortable that we would have liked to extend our stay!

A quiet place with a great view. Large garage available. The host's instructions are shocking. Return the key to the box or you will be fined, sort the waste or you will be fined. Before you arrive, the host will have placed you in the appropriate guest category. It's the same as if the receptionist at the hotel said at check-in that we assume you will steal towels and expect a penalty. Filling in the form is also annoying, as it is usually data that the host has available from Airbnb.

We spent 5 beautiful days in Krems. Matthias has made a significant contribution to this. He gave us so many tips and suggestions that we just have to come back again ;o). The apartment is bright, friendly, very clean and quiet. Many details have been considered in the furnishings. We immediately felt very much at home.
