Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Duluth

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Great place to stay. Loved the my modern feel of the apartment. Lots of places to shop and eat at nearby.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

My husband and I stayed here for a family trip visiting relatives in Canton, GA. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and meticulously clean. The grounds were well kept and the animals were an added bonus for enjoyment. Darlene was extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations found in the guest book, which i forgot to write in before leaving. I would absolutely stay here again.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Bridget’s space was excellent!! Very clean and looked just like the pictures, the bed was also very comfy and clean. The neighborhood its self was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I would say is the cleaning supplies and essentials like air freshener under the kitchen and bathroom sinks were empty but otherwise would Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care and attention went into every detail. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and truly felt like a luxury getaway. It was peaceful, spacious, and located in a lovely, convenient neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made everything even smoother. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it was so relaxing and just what I needed. Even though we didn’t spend much time on the patio, it was a lovely touch and added to the overall charm of the place. This home provided the perfect space for me and my family to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We truly appreciated the comfort and care, and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend

Sharday’s place is absolutely beautiful! She was so helpful and communicative. Exactly as pictured and described. The location was very convenient and private. Wish we had been able to stay longer, hopefully next time we’re in town we’ll be able to stay again. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed—from pots and pans to every kitchen utensil you could think of. The patio was such a peaceful and lovely space, perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like the perfect home away from home. The only tiny suggestion I have would be to include a quick guide on how to use the grill, as it took a little figuring out. Other than that, everything was amazing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place is super cute, and very cozy. I loved the decor and was an excellent place to host my family who was visiting for an major event. This house was an excellent choice for an overflow residence to my own house in the neighborhood. Gurpreet was very responsive, and we didn't have any issue during our stay. Thank you.

It’s Atlanta no where is traffic nice but a great place to stay!

Beautiful home and looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, decorated nicely, and quiet. Truly felt like our own home. Also, Robert was an AMAZING host…responsive, friendly, and even put up 2 brand new tvs during our stay due to the remotes not working. Whenever we have family in town, we will def book Roberts place again. Thank you again Robert for your AMAZING hospitality and home!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
