Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Duna Verde

Just home from our second stay at Ca’Zanna, and again everything was perfect. We love Treviso and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when we visit. The apartment is close to everything, including transport links for days out - Venice, Padua - but cool, peaceful and relaxing to come home to. Nicolo and his family, who we met this time, could not be more helpful, kind and friendly hosts. You will always get a speedy and proactive response to any communications. Our regular haunts were the little cafe/bakery just steps away for breakfast, and the super restaurant just round the corner, where you can enjoy great food sitting inside or out. The apartment is stylish, immaculate and very comfortable.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

As with prior stays, the apartment was impeccably clean and communication with the host was excellent.

Andrea was a great host! So accommodating and kind, and very responsive and helpful when we had questions about anything. The place was as depicted and had the comfiest bed. Views from the balcony were beautiful!

First of all Roberta is a Superhost in all departments! From great communication to meeting us at the water bus to take us to the apartment all our dealings with Roberta were first class. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It is in a great location between the Rialto bridge and St Marks square and is very quiet. We were thinking of getting a vaperetto pass but Roberta said she always walked everywhere without any problem so we did the same and really glad we did it as we saw so much - not just the main attractions. This apartment is great so don't hesitate to book it.

The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated and offers plenty of space – ideal for feeling good. Particularly noteworthy are the large, well-equipped kitchen and the air conditioning, which ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days. The location is very convenient: Marco Polo Airport is only about 15 minutes away, and the stop for Venice (Piazzale Roma) is almost right outside the door. A great place to stay for those who want to explore Venice, but want to live away from the hustle and bustle. We would come back anytime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Close to everything, but off the beaten path so the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Had everything we needed and more! The washer dryer and bathtub were definitely helpful!! Our only regret was that we had to leave! ❤️

One of the best AirBnB stays we've ever had! Giacomo is an excellent host - was very proactive and gave us great recommendations; also was very responsive for questions during our stay. The apartment is amazing! It was perfect for our family with two small kids (ages 4 and 1). It was very well appointed and had everything needed for our stay. We felt right at home. The location of Campo San Polo was perfect! It was close enough to all the main sights, and had lots of restaurants/shopping in close walking distance. We felt like locals (even though we probably weren't fooling anyone) The restaurant just right outside the apartment was great for lunch (really good Pizza/Pasta) and being in close proximity was a game changer for the kids. If you have kids (particularly small ones) - it's helpful to hire a luggage porter. We did this when leaving, and it made our lives a bit easier.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

My family really enjoyed this apartment. It is spacious and very clean. Alessandro was super helpful, especially at check in when we were all tired and jet-lagged. The apartment has everything we needed for a baby. The breakfast necessities are a nice touch that was really helpful that first morning. The bus to Venice is very close and convenient.

We were in the area for a wedding. Marta and Aniello's accommodation is superbly located, very clean, well equipped (iron, hair dryer), and we were also allowed to relax in the large garden. Marta always reacted quickly and was always easy to reach for all questions. Clear recommendation!

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place! The location is central and the place itself is very spacious. Alice was communicative and helpful during our time in Venice. Would recommend!

Very clean and welcoming structure with all the services! In case of doubts or concerns, he was always active, too bad we were only there for one night because it was like being at home! We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. So kind and helpful throughout our stay.

This place was exactly as described and the host gave incredibly helpful directions before we arrived, including videos, and there were clear directions in the apartment. Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

The apartment is amazing. I think it's even better than what the pictures. It has everything that we needed during the stay, even mosquito repellant. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the basic ingredientes, coffee, etc... The room was very clean and also very clean linens, which is something that we appreciate when we travel. The parking of the lot is very convenient for an area with very complicated public parking space. The location was good, very near to everything. All in all, we were super satisfied with the apartment and with the service of our host Fabiola. Amazing!

My wife, son, and I loved staying at Riccardo’s apartment. The place has beautiful details that make it feel like an authentic Venetian home and it is in an exceptional location with easy walking access to the sites around San Marco and very close to the ferries that can get you anywhere else in the city. Riccardo was also extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed, Including an early check-in, providing recommendations, and answering any other questions we had. We had a wonderful stay!
