Wonderful flat, clean and calm. We had a great stay. Aleksy was a friendly and polite host.

The apartment is very nice, clean, smells fresh, no different from the photos. Located in a very convenient location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants. A big plus for air conditioning, it was useful on hot days. The owners are very friendly, polite and easy to contact. I recommend checking out the restaurant Bosman that the owners run with their family, they offer very tasty family meals 🙂

We were here a few days over New Year's Eve (2 adults, 1 child). The location is very nice, easily accessible, quiet and almost directly on the beach. We enjoyed it very much, the place was very good.

Beautiful and very well equipped

Super nicely decorated apartment, it was all quite new and stylishly furnished. The way to the beach was very short, you just had to walk through the small grove and to the dune passage, it was less than a 5-minute walk. Nearby are many small shops, restaurants, as we were there in the low season, was not much open yet, but when it starts you will find everything you need.

We had a wonderful week in Martin's apartment. Nothing was missing, even small things like laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, etc. were available. The apartment is super furnished and the location is great. Especially recommended with dogs, parks are on every side in the immediate vicinity. We found it quite difficult to say goodbye today🫣

Modern and clean apartment right on the beach. The entire area including the parking spaces, playground and sauna is fenced. There are 2 sauna containers that can be switched on independently. Netflix and Prime are available, but the Internet connection is too slow for them. German stations are all receivable via satellite. Small note: The capsule machine is from Tchibo (Cafissimo). We found suitable capsules in Poland (only) at Kaufland. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment. Close to the beach, not far from the bus stop, which will take you to the center. The deck was definitely a huge plus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Efficient air conditioning and a very cozy interior. There was no problem with the accommodation. All we needed was the kitchen equipment - we bought a broom, which was left, baking paper, and a cutting board. The man-made bird on the balcony was more inviting pigeons than it was a deterrent;)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully and modernly decorated, and the cleanliness was top notch – the linens smelled fresh, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were greeted by a small gift of champagne and sweetness, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment fully met our expectations and with a clear conscience we can recommend it to all who are looking for a comfortable and cozy place to relax. We'd love to come back!

We had an absolutely great time in this apartment! The complex is just great, with a large pool, slides and sauna. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. The contact with Ewa was very nice and friendly - we were even allowed to stay longer, which we appreciate very much. The location is ideal as it is close to the sea. We can only recommend this place and would like to thank Ewa for the great hospitality.

The stay was very successful, although in the winter time, but the sea is attractive all year round. The apartment is as described and photographed, the view from the balcony was beautiful, all the time we were accompanied by the sound of the waves. Despite the cold cup of warm tea on the balcony, it tasted delicious Highly recommended.

We took a short vacation in the fall in this pretty apartment. Everything very straightforward and as described, modern and very clean. Nice complex... We will certainly come back again

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is well equipped, sparkling clean and well located. The beach is not far away and for the afternoon there is the pool area. We had a lovely time. The accommodation offers plenty of fun even in bad weather thanks to the indoor pool and game room. The accommodation and facility are very modern. Check-in is very flexible and easy. The beach is within walking distance and the center can be reached quickly by car. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new settlement with playground, pool in the basement, fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

Very nice accommodation with swimming pool access, playroom for the little ones, good playground and delicious restaurant. The location is very close to the beach. Very close to the city center of Kołobrzeg. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. I'd love to come back.

My partner, dog and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! In any case, the pictures keep what they promise! We had a very very nice view every day, as well as direct access to the sea. The apartment was bright and very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for cooking. We were completely satisfied. The area was also centrally located and you could stroll through some markets. The accessibility of the staff on site should be noted negatively. For the respective parking space, leaving the parking space and the key assignment and delivery, we would have to visit it all the time. The language barrier was also very large here. Yet, it is only recommended! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
