I can’t say enough great things about Woodstock Charm! It was perfect and Andrea was a great host! I highly recommend this house to anyone going to the Woodstock or surrounding areas!

Jade’s place was just as described - very bright and felt high-end but was still cozy. Good location that was easy to get around. The pool was wonderful and felt very private.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and in a great location. Evan was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the little touches—like the soft linens, incredibly comfortable beds, and local recommendations, and proactive suggestions to help us fit all 3 of our large vehicles into the designated space. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a comfortable base to explore the area, this is the perfect spot. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hosts were friendly and exceptionally responsive. This house is very cozy, impeccably clean, and contained anything that you might need for your stay. I didn't get to use the outdoor space, but it looked very inviting. The location is great. It's a nice peaceful lot that's just a short walk to Main Street. Would definitely book again!

We were in town for the Braves games over the weekend, and the location was perfect for that! There are plenty of places to eat around as well. And it still feels out of the way from all of the traffic. Being able to bring our 2 dogs was also a wonderful bonus, and they very much enjoyed it as well.

Remind me so much of Tennessee I seen an inchworm from one of the large trees out front and there are plenty of deer in the community, so rather you’re Ubering or have a rental please drive carefully for our wildlife animals that we want to protect. I also love, wooded furniture, always a win. Never seen a closet transferred into a mini kitchen so cute. Love the honey nut Cheerios would recommend small bottles of milk if offering cereal. Overall, a lovely, peaceful, community and place.

This was a great Airbnb to stay in. The house was amazing. It is in a beautiful community and me and my family felt right at home! It’s in close proximity to entertain areas. Jessica was very attentive and communicated very well. I would definitely stay here again.

Rene is a great host with amazing communication. A video explaining all the amenities and the parking was so appreciated and made transition into the space so easy. The loft is so beautiful and spacious and CLEAN and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

Felt at home and not worried about anything. Everything that we needed was avaible and place was very clean. Felt very spacious given the space and even provided some toiletries as well.

I loved bringing my sister here for a little getaway. The place was so spacious. Loved the farm feeling and walking in the area. Such a beautiful area to stay

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!

Lovely apartment with great balcony!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
