Cozy, lovingly decorated over 200 year old thatched roof cats in a quiet residential area and yet in the middle of the village. The entrance area has a ceiling height over the entire house, in the other rooms under 2m. On the ground floor there is a living room, open kitchen to the dining room with exit to terrace, shower room, combined working and dressing room, where there is also space for a cot, as well as 1 adjoining bedroom. On the upper floor are 2 rooms with single bed, one of them 140m wide and small toilet.

Private guest house "deVeenstraal"

In the Hunzedal at the foot of the Hondsrug you will find our guest house on our own property; suitable for 1-4 adults and possibly children or pets. There are 2 double bedrooms and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. We can provide breakfast at an additional cost, which we will then prepare so that you can help yourself in the morning. The location is just outside the village of Gieterveen in a rural area. Suitable for peace seekers and cyclists. Electric charging station available.

Welkom op Gruunlaand, onze rustplek, woonhuis en gastenverblijf met bijna 3000m2 grond. Een heerlijk ruim verblijf van 300m2 waar je als groep fijn kunt verblijven. In onze schuur bieden we vier slaapkamers aan met 3 comfortabele tweepersoons bedden en 2 enkele bedden. Er zijn vier aparte toiletten, drie badkamers met douche, een keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur, en een leefruimte waar je gebruik van kunt maken om te werken, lezen en relaxen. Ps. Idyllic nature house hot tub sauna near Wadden Sea coast

Walden ligt temidden van het unieke coulissen landschap de Friese wouden. Bomen, heggen en houtwallen omzomen de weilanden. Met daartussen graslanden, water en stukjes bos. Het ziet er knus uit, die grasvelden tussen de bomen. Smûk, zeggen we in het Fries. Hier leven wel 250 soorten vogels en veel andere dieren. Vanuit de ijstijd kreeg het gebied ook nog eens pingo’s cadeau. Gelegen temidden van 2 Nationale parken; Lauwersmeer en de Alde Feannen. Ideaal fiets en wandelgebied.

In the beautiful southwest of Drenthe lies the small village of Darp, between Havelterberg and Havelte. On the outskirts of the village is a charming, renovated farmhouse from 1890, located between the ash trees, forests and farmland. Sleeping in the "straw suite" means moving into a rustic room in the converted cowshed. You sleep on loose straw in your own sleeping bag. We have five suites in different sizes for 2-3 people or up to 6 people. In the morning, a great breakfast buffet (incl.) awaits you to start the day strengthened.

Our cozy, characteristic back house with an area of no less than 120m2 is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1862. It has its own entrance and plenty of privacy. There is a beautiful large living room with oak beams and loft. From here, you have a magnificent panoramic view over the back meadows.
