It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage site, where you can intensely enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. Das Apartmenthuus liegt sehr zentral in der beliebten Fußgängerzone Friedrichstraße im Herzen Norderneys - und somit auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Strandpromenade. Die zentrale Lage macht die Ferienwohnung zum idealen Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Einkaufsbummel als auch für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge. DieWohnungen verfügen über Wohn- und Schlafbereich, Küchen- und Essbereich, Boxspringbetten und Duschbad mit Grundausstattung. Hunde sind gestattet. Alle unsere Häuser sind Nichtraucherhäuser.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Urlaub in dem ältesten und schönsten Haus auf Spiekeroog! Ein kleines aber feines Apartment, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine Küche und die nötigsten elektronischen Geräte. Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschwanne. Die Toilette ist separat und wird durch ein Wandgemälde geschmückt. Über eine Treppe geht es ins obere Stockwerk, in dem ein großes Bett tiefen Schlaf garantiert.

Ein Fahrradausflug zur Domäne Bill mit dem legendären Rosinenstuten gehört auf Juist einfach dazu. Die autofreie Insel bietet Ruhe, Natur und den traumhaften 17 km Strand. The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.

Island Residence Juist

The modern house with 9 individual apartments, clinkered with high-quality materials, has existed since 1992 and has an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Juist sandy beach. Bakery, supermarket and various other shops are also just a few 100 meters away. The walk to the harbor is also only 10 to 15 minutes.
