Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist 26 qm groß und ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Hunde sind willkommen. Sie hat einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch und dem Zugang zum windgeschützten Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat. Im Tageslichtbad findet ihr eine Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg. Gerne nutzt die hauseigene kostenpflichtige Sauna und den Indoorpool.

Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Familien, Paaren und Radfahrern den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für eine erholsame Auszeit an der Nordseeküste. Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich auf einem Hof mit großem Garten – ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem nah an der Küste. Mit dem Rad seid ihr in einer Minute am Deich und auch zu Fuß erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten die Nordsee. Da wir selbst im Haus wohnen, sind wir bei Fragen jederzeit für euch da und geben euch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants.

Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Our apartment is located in the former residential area of a historic and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dyke, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
