Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en het is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit lieve huisje voelt als een ware belevenis. Een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

Liebe Gäste, bitte beachten: Von November bis voraussichtlich März finden tagsüber Dacharbeiten an der Wohnanlage statt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss; zeitweise kann es werktags zu Geräuschen/ optischen Beeinträchtigungen kommen- eure Chance : 35 Prozent günstiger!!

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Es lädt ein zu langen Spaziergängen, Wattwanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Ein Traum für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende, egal ob zu zweit oder als Familie, um Urlaub zu machen oder sich gemeinsam für ein Arbeitsprojekt inspirieren zu lassen...

Welcome to our hobby house. A real nature experience awaits you here. On the forest property in front of our house overlooking the meadows you can relax. Deer and cranes are the immediate neighbors. There is the possibility to take a warm shower with the outdoor shower and to sit comfortably by the campfire in the evening. An odorless dry toilet a few steps away has something of a wilderness atmosphere. 💰The municipality charges an overnight flat rate of €2.50 per person.

Übernachtung auf der Alpakaweide! Wir möchten euch einladen bei uns im Moorhus auszuspannen, zu übernachten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Located directly on the Hookstief (small canal), surrounded by greenery, a perfect place to slow down and unwind. Flooded with light and individual, a peaceful place of residence awaits you in a large farm garden. Beautiful starting point also for coastal and Frisian tours by bike.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
