Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Our 70 m² guest apartment (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and large garden) in an idyllic location on the edge of the Lower Oderbruch offers space for relaxation and country life. Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." Also suitable for active vacationers, cyclists and especially families with children. Everything is there :-)

This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The apartment is renovated, fully equipped and located a few meters from nature. Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. My apartment contains many original details and objects that also highlight my creative vein and make the rooms interesting. I live in this apartment myself, so unfortunately there are no empty cupboards or drawers, only coat hooks and hangers for the guests.
