The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! In this approx. 100 square meter apartment, you can relax wonderfully in the garden and by the fireplace or start many activities: (bus) train station, shops for daily needs, spa park, Zwischenahner Meer and more are in the immediate vicinity or are a few minutes' walk away.

On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The stylishly renovated Fewo Rettbrook awaits you in the typical Ammerland landscape, surrounded by nature. The original farmhouse from 1905 combines rustic charm with modern facilities. The spacious terrace and the adjoining park-like garden with its own pond invite you to linger. Even in winter, cozy hours by the fireplace are a true relaxation.
