Bis zu 5 Personen finden viel Platz in unserer Wohlfühloase. Dir steht ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas zur Verfügung. Das Eine kann für eine Person als Schlafplatz genutzt werden und das Andere ist ein Schlafsofa, dass für 2 Leute zum Bett umfunktioniert werden kann, ein Badezimmer, ein Gäste-WC, ein offenes Esszimmer und eine Küche, zur freien Verfügung. Und das alles, idyllisch, mitten in der ältesten Fußgängerzone Deutschlands. 82 qm zum wohlfühlen.

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility - the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are not too far away either. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining house. Exclusive use.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Da mehrere Linien dort abfahren gibt es ca alle 10 Minuten einen Bus der in die Stadt und zum ZOB fährt. Per Fuß sind es 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
