My flat is colourful, but also somehow minimalist. Due to its size, I have focussed on the essentials and hope that you, my guests, will like it too. The kitchen has been newly and individually adapted to the small space and has everything you need. The toaster and hot-air fryer are in the cupboard and you are welcome to use them. The bathroom has a bathtub - really good if you want to relax after a long day! The instantaneous water heater is also located in the bathroom. You can set the hot water temperature here. The bedroom offers plenty of space and my books are also stored here. Feel free to browse through here. Books want to be read. Grab one and read it outside on the terrace ;) The living room is very functional as it is also my study AND dining room. The sofa can be folded down so that 2 people can sleep here. The dining table can also be extended. Small space miracles are needed on 37m² You'll find the cushions for the patio furniture in the rattan box - they're dry and waiting to be used. As I have a lot of plants, there are a few watering cans scattered around. But it remains to be seen whether I have green fingers!

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The Baltic Sea can be reached in about 30 minutes, the North Sea in about 1 hour. Also popular is the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Shop at unbeatable prices. Lake Einfeld, 2 minutes away, offers you great leisure and recreational value.

You can dream in a box-spring bed with 180 x 200 cm, and in the bathroom you can decide whether you want to bathe comfortably in the 190 x 90 cm bathtub, with a rain shower or a small massage shower head. For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.

The tiny house has a jetty on its own pond, where you can also swim. Nearby, other ponds are temporarily used by anglers. If you wanted to go fishing, then let us know! The tiny house is NOT accessible by public transport!
