Das Holzhaus steht mittig auf einem gepflegten 1.400 qm großen Grundstück in Dorfrandlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Luftkurort Albersdorf (6 km). Die wunderschöne Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren, Angeln und Reiten ein. Das Grundstück wurde zuletzt im Herbst 2025 aufwendig saniert. Bei Regen bietet die überdachte Terrasse mit Außenkamin die Möglichkeit zum gemeinsamen Essen und Entspannen. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 56 qm.

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Moin in Drage, this newly renovated FW is in the heart of Drage. Drage is a very quiet and family-friendly 600 soul village and has a swimming spot right on the Eider for fresh cooling in summer. The North Sea and Baltic Sea are quickly accessible by car or via beautiful surrounding cycling routes. The apartment has seating in the garden, as well as a TV and numerous games for shooting weather days.
