Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). This home is in the Kungsladugård, Majorna area. The park Slottsskogen is just nearby and in a few minutes you can reach Mariaplan where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.

The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You.
