Monthly Rentals in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

Nice roomy space on the edge of the El Carmen (old town) district., close to the Serrano towers. Also close to the Turia (park that runs through the city), so great for exploring by bike. Despite being in the old town area (which is quite busy and animated), the bedroom was quite quiet. Victor and Lara were very responsive and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful, the apartment exceeded expectations and Francisco and María were the most friendly and responsive hosts. My partner and I worked from the apartment and the wifi was great. The bedroom and kitchen are quite tight but for the 2 of us for 2 months it was perfect. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Rosa’s apartment! Rosa is incredibly friendly and responds very quickly to any messages. The apartment itself is spacious and has a lovely little balcony. The Wi-Fi is excellent, with very high speeds — perfect for working remotely, which was important for us. The location is super central, meaning everything is close by, but it also means the street can be quite busy and a bit noisy at times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Carls Apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Valencia. We worked remotely a couple of days and basically spent the whole day on the terrace! The sunroof is perfect to give you a nice cosy spot to work while having a great view. The apartment was also very clean and it was really easy to communicate with Carl. Can recommend!
