Approx. 60 sq. m. 1st floor apartment (with sloping roofs to be expected) for relaxing in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Gut gelegenes Apartment mit eindrucksvollem Panoramablick über den Ostseefjord Schlei. Vom Balkon, dessen Fensterscheiben zur Seite geschoben werden können, blickt man auf die Innenstadt und den Dom, den Stadthafen, die Möweninsel und die Schlei. Einen ähnlich schönen Ausblick hat man auch vom Wohnraum aus. Bestens geeignet, um von hier aus Schleswig und Umgebung zu erkunden. Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage oder auch auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters (Schwanenwinkel 1).

The cabin is thermally insulated, but has NO HEATING and NO KITCHEN. Also no heaters of all kinds or hotplates may be operated. 15m away is a new bathroom in the outbuilding which is available to you. Garden table and chairs, garden loungers and barbecue are available.

Charming "Chapel" in North German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the nature park Hüttener Berge. Peacefully nestled between meadows, Äckern and Mooren is our unmistakable "mini village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster, ten hens and two geese. All two- and four-legged friends roam freely on the property, there are no fences or gates at our place.
