House quiet oasis in Heiligenthal

Relax in our cozy non-smoking house, in the beautiful village of Heiligenthal, the surrounding forests and fields, or in nearby Lüneburg (about 7 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike). We rent our house completely, except for an office space downstairs, which we do not use when guests are staying, or enter in an emergency via a separate entrance. We would be happy if you feel comfortable here. We are happy to recommend activities, among other things. P.S. The TV only allows Internet TV (Netflix, etc.)

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The freshly renovated apartment is situated in a light souterrain of a flat-roofed bungalow that is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in the north of the city. The apartment includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable pullout couch, a modern shower bath and a complete built-in kitchen. The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

Hej! In the apartment, you can expect a lovingly designed interior with many works of art. The apartment is modern, bright and Scandinavian and 10 minutes from Lüneburg. The new building is equipped with underfloor heating and oak parquet in all rooms. The new kitchen invites you to cook together. The spacious full bathroom is another highlight of the apartment. Directly behind the pastures of the AZL is the half-timbered house with the apartment "Carl-Otto," which is located in the annex. In the entrance area, stable and hiking boots as well as jackets can be left in the wardrobe. On the 1st floor is the cozy new 1-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette.
