Small wooden cabin for overnight stays

Cozy little wooden cabin in the countryside – ideal for short stays, people passing through, or anyone looking for a simple place to stay overnight. With a 120 cm bed, Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a cozy atmosphere. The lockable hut has no windows; ventilation is provided through the large door panels with mosquito netting. Small bathroom with toilet and sink can be used in the house (no shower). Not heated or air-conditioned – in summer, it can get warm during the day. Our dog Amira lives on the property.

Entspanne in dieser stylischen 2 Zimmer Wohnung, welche von Parkanlagen umgeben ist. Zu Fuß ist man ist man in 8 Minuten am Aasee & in 20 Minuten am Dom. Eine Bushaltestelle (7,15,16) liegt vor der Haustür & für diejenigen die mit dem eigenen PKW anreisen, gibt es ein TG-Stellplatz gegen Aufpreis. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett & im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch. Die Küche ist mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Vom überdachten Westbalkon genießt man den Sonnenuntergang.

Hidden from the outside world lies our Yurt, in our large tree-rich city garden, in the eastpart of Enschede, with two private terraces to enjoy the garden. It has great decorations, a woodstove and infrared heater, amenities for work (wifi, computertable) and a kitchenette, The guest-bathroom (with bathtub) is in the main house and directly accessible from the garden. you'll be close to the city center and also to the beautiful countryside, with free parking in front of the house.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Outside are 2 seats and a shed with a charging point for bicycles. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included.
