The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.
