Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

The apartment is located on the southwest side of a large farmhouse from 1883, surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
